Glam Book offers a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. No payment is required to start your trial.
You may cancel your Glam Book subscription at any time, directly from within the app or through the billing portal provided by our payment processor, Paddle.com. There are no cancellation fees.
When you cancel, your subscription will not renew going forward, but you will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your plan).
Because access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for, we do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time within a billing period. For example, if you cancel partway through a paid month or year, you will not be refunded for the remaining, unused portion of that period.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, due to a duplicate charge or a technical issue with checkout — please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
You can cancel your subscription from the Settings page inside the Glam Book app, or by reaching out to us directly at the email below and we'll assist you.
